Jennifer is a high-energy Brand Launcher Mentor and Human Resources professional with a passion for providing solutions for team building through technology, compliance and people. She has extensive experience in Human Resources Generalist roles, with small and large companies in a variety of industries including real estate, technology, marketing and professional services. She has experience in recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, performance management and training coordination. She is highly skilled in dealing with sensitive information and handling issues in accordance with policies and regulations. Additionally, Jennifer has experience working with and implementing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Upon graduating, she began her career as a Human Resources Assistant. Realizing she enjoyed a variety of HR disciplines she worked her way up to a generalist role where she could be involved in both the operations and strategic planning of an organization. She prides herself on her ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
When she isn’t working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and listening to music. She resides in Chicago with her husband, their son, and dog.
